Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place your items back in their original mailer or a secure box, ensuring all tags are attached and the return slip is included inside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier. You will receive an automated notification as soon as our warehouse team processes your refund or shipment.
